Did you ever installed xiaomi rom from eu or using global version?
Which version you want to install kitkat or lolipop?

1) After upgrading to MIUI 6.6.16, there willl be no more update for Mi Max Alpha ROM. Please manually download MIUI Developer ROM and flash via Recovery.
2) Due to the limitation of hardware platform, devices running MIUI 8 based on Android 4.4 (Redmi 1, Redmi 1S, Redmi 2, Redmi 2A, Redmi Note 3G, Redmi Note 4G) don't support 'Second space' and 'Cloned apps' for now.

Now i've installed SuperSU third time with TWRP - Mi4W has no root. Installing of SuperSU app doesn't work too. What else can I do?

Where are battery profiles? How you can set for example that at 1 am wifi shut down?
This was possible with miui 7 and not with miui 8....very bad
And where are custom rings for sims? With miui 7 you could have different rings for sim, with miui 8 no.....very bad

Just try this on my mi4c, need at least 5second entering the setting. So did the other option like simcard, sound, etc. Need to wait for next release.

No it is different, but same latest TWRP included in the ROM
