You have to format your device completely if you want move to stable version. From stable to beta version you can go without format.

because in the folder of 10.3, for the Redmi S2 comes an old version of September 2018 ??
Where is version 10.3 ?, or is there not?, So you should put it in the changelog or in the first post

For Mi9 I use the 10.3 link I've installed and I see 10.2 in my mobile yet.
