About dc dimming...
Doesn't it need to have same brightness when it's low?
Try this:
Lower your brightness to 0. Go into settings. Turn on dc dimming and screen puts brightness higher even it is on zero. Turn it off and it gets lowered brightness again.
Is it bug or it is intended that way?
i thought that it will be the same just display won't flicker.

Google Assistant "what's on my screen" feature always returns "nothing found on screen". Not sure if ROM bug or server-side

PocoF1, Wi-Fi won't enable. MAC Address set to 02:00:00:00:00:00.
Can't say it was this release (as I don't use Wi-Fi), but will go back to one of my backups to see.

Never used DC dimming before so I'm not sure but I think it's not working properly, I get brightness flashes when turning the screen on and also the screen saturation changes.
Same issue, fingerprint not working if you are holding the phone parallel to the ground, you have to turn the phone upright for it to work. Poco F1 here.

what have you done to make this work? Magisk ? Magiskhide Settings? Please give me details, wasn't able to add card or paypal for contactless payment
The date of uploaded file is still 24.05.2019. I encountered the error on this build and it seams that other people has the same problems on Mi 9 /Mi 9 SE
I did nothing, no root, but until now I didn't succeed to pay in shop.
Edit: After selecting networks-more-secure element position: HCE WALLET everything works!

Guys why is it so hard to build xiaomi EU for Redmi 7 onclite? You have 10.3 china base just do it stock global sucks

There's a problem i'm suffering from some time ago... I have a Redmi 5 on a beta ROM from January and a Redmi Note 5 with latest beta.
My settings for both of them is that volume buttons control (by default) ringtone volume, not multimedia volume.

- In Redmi 5, whenever music play, no matter if the app is in second plane, no matter which app is playing the sound, volume buttons control the multimedia volume. MIUI 10.3 beta from January, Android 8.1.
- In Redmi Note 5, volume buttons control multimedia sound ONLY in Music or Videos app. When i play music/videos in other apps, including native Browser, volume buttons control ringtone volume. Latest MIUI 10.4 beta, Android 9.
Gpay in this version works without root or any workaround. To make payments in shops possible you have to select HCE Wallet as in screenshot below.

anyone can confirm, when battery low under 20% make phone bootloop?
in my case, low battery under 20% then reboot few time and then bootloop.
