Anyone having troubles with slow download from play store and slow data connection.

To fix playstore download.
Go to APPs.
Search Downloads...
Select Downloads.
Clear Data.
And then
Search play store
Clear data.
Restart phone..
Fixed my slow download issues.

Also if you have slow data connection on phone.
Go to your sim APN settings.
Got APN and roaming protocol. If IP4/IP6
Tap and change to IP4 only.. save and exit.
The connection will reset if not just on/off airplane mode and should fix the data connection..

I have Mi Max 3.. may work on other phones..

Yes it's big deal. Important changes without warning. And It's not so easy. Many of us customize our recovery and to do it again it need unnecessary time. And I don't want every time that need to flash again the rom to make all that. I remove the recovery folder of the last build but I don't know if it's safe to flash. And no one of devs give a so simple answer that will can help other people too.

You already got an answer to both "issues". If you don't like the answers or the rom itself - look for another and stop whining like a kid.
It's your personal configuration which is different from standard rom. So the issues are your personal issues.

Yes it is safe to flash.
You can delete the folder or replace the image with your favorite.
I do this every week with the ROM for my Mix 3.

Camera2 API is NOT supported on Mi 8 Lite. Forcing the camera to work in HAL3 mode is a hack, and never guaranteed to work.
This is the 4th time you ask the same nonsense on this thread. Your question has nothing to do with this thread/forum.
Try this one more time and you get banned.

No need to unzip and recompress.
Just download on PC open with WINRAR and replace or delete on the fly.
After that just press Okay in WINRAR.
Copy to phone and flash with TWRP.
No need to modify anything.

I do it from es file explorer from phone and the zip from 1,78gb go to 1,62.i understand that's not correct the recovery is almost 50mb .I make it from PC I delete it the way you say and now it's 1,73g exactly correct thanks one more time.

Yes a PC is necessary.
If you do it on the phone the installation will fail.

Sorry if I tiered you. That will my least post about this. Your phone don't have antiroll protection mine have that it have nothing to do with the folder delete I know but it scares me.I don't care if the install fail I was afraid to change things only for that reason. Has anyone ever noticed that the Bluetooth codec AAC isn't optimised? The AAC on an aosp-based rom, im using Pixel Experience on my mix 3, has higher quality than when im on stock rom. Its so strange. Is there a way to perhaps fix this?

Try enabling floating notification for Whatsapp. It is under Settings-Notifications-Floating notifications.

Great update on Mix 3. Still have the Bluetooth media problem connecting to car. Have to turn media off and on.
I do have some weird wakelocks under kernal. Are they for debugging?
