You can't, it's not public, search for Alexwolf (dog), the status is one of his mods.

In truth, the problem sometimes presents itself to me now.Glad to hear that. And guess what, I was able to reproduce your problem.
I went into a dark room,I disabled AOD, went back to the home screen, and turned off the phone. When I touched the screen, the fingerprint icon lit up but dimmed. I tried it several times and it stayed dimmed.
Then I put the phone under a lamp, touched the screen but still the icon was dim. Still under the lamp, I turned on the phone using the power button, then turned it off. The icon lit up bright.
I went back to the dark room and the icon still lit up bright. But when I switched on and off the phone in the dark, the icon became dim.
I suspect the brightness of the icon depends on the ambient lighting when using the phone.

In the picture you posted, it's exactly what happens to me.
I'll give you another piece of information. I don't use the automatic brightness option, but I do use a fixed brightness so it doesn't or shouldn't be conditioned by the environment.
I tried to use the automatic brightness, but nothing, the problem remains.
I reiterate the fact that with version 9.11.14 I did not have any problem regardless of the different configurations of brightness.
found one issue been plague MIUI 11 android 10, notification access always not working after reboot.
need to disable then re-enable to get it work again.

On lockscreen swipe to left
Uhm. TO left will start the camera. FROM left TO right will show shortcuts? Or am I confused? ;-)
