So that was what you meant. The fingerprint icon is not as bright as it used to be.

I have been using the phone for a while now and subconsciously, I know where to touch the fingerprint sensor without depending on the icon.

That's exactly what I wanted to say.
When the screen is off, the fingerprint unlock icon is no longer clearly visible as before.
Until version 9.11.14 everything was ok, from the next version (9.11.22 and also 9.11.28) the icon is no longer bright and therefore difficult to see in very bright environments.
 
Mi9 dirty flash from 9.11.22 to 9.11.28 works fine.
The only thing that i don't like is when i unlock the device the icon from homescreen have this animation effect even is disable from setting/additional settings/accessbility and from developers option/ window animated.

Use the red icon to change to the mi fit.

It's a "Dual-app/Clone" of the Updater app, you can safety remove it. A rare little bug after updating ROM, don't know why it happens... ^^

You need to manually delete this folder and it will not be created again.

Redmi k20 pro - fingerprint not working. I also can't register new fingerprints. It was the same with last version. I had to go back to 9.11.14

Try turning off AOD, then disable and enable the "Show fingerprint icon when the screen is off" slider in the fingerprint unlock settings. I think the icon follows the AOD ambient display. Without AOD, the icon shows brightly. Attached are the images from my phone.

Sorry for the image quality. I took it from an old ZTE V7 Blade Lite phone.

Now Camera crash (from 9-11-21 ROM dirty flash) on my pyxis M9lite (now cc9 after xiaomi.eu flash). Mi health too.

some new installed app carshed when try to signup, when typing email app closed and return tu home, someone experience that?

I have never activated and used AOD. However I tried the procedure you indicated to me but it doesn't work.
 
Meanwhile, I have an absolutely bug-free mix 3. It runs buttery soft. I am absolutely satisfied.

9t Pro, fingerprint scanner isn't working. It shows the animation as if it's reading, but doesn't unlock. Problem occurs in apps and lock screen.

I'm not sure how to capture debug information that might help the devs on this one. Any thoughts?

If your coming over from global you need to format data, DON'T delete system, format data, then flash new rom, then wipe cache and dalvik, reboot

I have the same issue with k20 pro. But for other users it's working fine so we must try a clean flash.

How does the ne "Customize apps shortcuts on left lockscreen panel" Feature work? I cant find it in settings.

To fix 9-11-28 ROM camera crash from all fine 9-11-21 ROM have I to format data? Next xiaomi.eu ROM the same?
