Do you have an old ROM in the device? Try to flash it. Don't know anything more to do if you can't copy files in your phone. Everybody advised format data was necessary. I assume you have a mi 8 or mi mix 2sSo i downloaded the rom and rebooted to trwp , cleared cache dalvik and system and installed, now it loads in android icon with the 3 dots and stucks there for 10mins , then it reboots to trwp , and rebooting to system leads again in stuck loading? Any suggestions plz. I cant wipe everything, i have no computer and no otg usb to reflash.

The camera is working great in my mi8, but boot time is taking a lot of time and there's no quick reply in WhatsAppfor who installed successfully on the Mi8 does the camera work or not? Are there other bugs? thank you
1. This is normal.Xiaomi mi8 clean flash..
1.Do you guys get that message for unlock bootloader at every boot?
2. I don't have "hide knoch" option anymore! Anyone have the same problem?
Boot is actually slow but phone works great so far
You cannot just download. Installing TWRP is much more complex than that. You need to go through a learning process and this forum is not the place to do it. Try this http://www.androidtipsandhacks.com/root/fastboot-mac-linux-recovery/I download this twrp but when I go iside to my exist twrp(611) I can not see that. Is nowhere...

Try to remove screen protectionI've installed the rom correctly, but sometimes I have this "don't cover the sensor area" message (obviusly I'm not covering the sensor). Anyone else with this issue?
Try doing a factory reset. This worked for me and I guess it is not a possibility (as stated in the first post), but something we must do.Ciao tutti sono possessore di mi mix 2s .monto ora la MIUI EU 8.7.26.
grazie
Google Home crashing on Mix 2S.

Afterwards, MIUI 10 will load in less than 5 minutes

Installing persist was not needed for me.
Follow this in order to avoid issues on Mix2S changeover to Pie:
1. Install latest TWRP 3.2.3-0 V8 (you can find it on XDA)
2. Boot to recovery
3. Wipe all: cache, dalvik/ART, data, system
4. Format Data
5. Reboot to TWRP
6. Copy ROM.zip to internal storage
7. Install ROM
8. Reboot to system
Guaranteed no any issue (except known Pie issues)

Same here. I thought it had wiped the cache again with a rebootRunning pie build on mix 2s. The boot time is pretty long. About 60-90 seconds. Any thoughts on that?
