And after flashing this to my custom recovery,is my twrp will be lost?

Not pre rooted & TWRP will be fine.

Yes weeklys are weekly except for some Chinese breaks & holidays.

im using custom rom right now,resurrection rom to be exact.

* Make a full backup of your personal data.
* Make a full backup of your current ROM and copy it to your computer to prevent issues (even make a EFS backup!!)

* Wipe: Dalvik, Cache, Data, System.
* Flash new ROM.zip
* Flash SuperSu.zip
* Wipe Dalvik & Cache
* Exit to System
* Boot into System & Factory Reset.
* Done.

Anyway it's good practice to backup your EFS partition at least once before you start flashing custom ROM's

Have you ever come across posts where users have lost their IMEI & other network connectivity data? Well it can be a pain in the a*$ to restore.
You can read more about it here:

When in backup the section of TWRP you should see the EFS partition check box.

Back it up separately.

Take out your crystal ball, try to focus on your phone, reboot to recovery via ADB shell then call your gods to ask them.

Otherwise until then only Xiaomi knows and as stated many times before this is not an official Xiaomi forum.

Stables don't come out on friday, they come out when they are ready.
Weekly comes on friday. And just by 6 years.
