Yes, you must install TWRP to flash custom ROMs, you already told it in your post, so I've omitted. Check first post, install TWRP with Update (easier) or fastboot.

Exactly he will need to firstly install rom which contains newer version of twrp or just flash twrp then install this rom.

Everything is ok. I've flashed twrp with Flashify, it did'nt work with Update, and i'm on mac at office, so i couldn't flash it with fastboot.
Rom installed with update, it seems to work ! Thank you !
Lots of things which are not translated in frenc at the moment.... But it works great !

I suggest: first install newer TWRP and from this install new miui 8 rom wiping only cache/dalvik
 
Can someone tell me where to save zip to install it from twrp? i have miui 7.3.5.0 instaled right now

You can save anywhere. Save it on download folder, so i'ts easy to find from inside file browser that twrp make you available.

Of course, the 99% of people reccomand to wipe even data, but I had no problem wiping only dalvik and cache.
I came from a recent miui 7 of xiaomi.eu.
If you came from a different rom, like official, miui.it, fastboot, china dev etc... I reccomand with the heart to wipe dalvidk/cache and data
 
Then i have another problem. I have unlocked my phone and flash global rom, now i don't know if it is still unlocked. Problem is that i cant install twrp via updater app. App tells me cant verify update. What to do? Do i need to unpack zip?

You Must install twrp using fastboot commands.
Unzip the archive then copy the .img file in the folder of fastboot command.
Reboot your phone into fastboot mode
  • Power off it, then power on pressing both Volume Down AND Power button
Then
Code: 
fastboot flash recovery <name of the file here.img>
and
Code: 
fastboot boot <name of the file here.img>

Afte these commands, your phone will start into TWRP.
As jc rey says in the following post, BEFORE install twrp, copy miui 8 zip into your phone, so after reboot you can install it and the game is win !

You could also just copy miui8 zip to your device.

With new twrp, directly boot from pc
Fastboot boot twrp new. Img

Starts on your phone and then install miui8 with it.

Errr I have a Question
I Installed the Rom just like what the tutorial says but afterthat My Redmi 3 Cant Use The 4G Network Only 2G & 3G Signal Are available in the Option

The First Major crash on my phone is a fact.
Found out that i lost contact with Both providers on my Sim cards.
Powercycle brouhgt them Back.
Missed 3 calls 2 vm,and 2 whats app
Not handy when your on call
 
Thanks developers.
Just an issue. Chatting and email apps close in background, so do not give any notification. Specially Kakao Talk, the most important in Korea, has this issue coming from previous MIUI7 (since almost 1 month ago). Hope you fix this bug in the next weekly rom.
