Hi Dude you download ROM Hermes then you place file in directory DOWNLOAD_ROM ... Then You use APP UPDATER and click on CHOOSE UPDATE PACKAGE... choose file ROM in Download_rom directory

Isn't the bootloader locked for Mi4c in this ROM version? I haven't updated my Mi4c last week because the locked bootloader and now I don't know if I should update with this version or not!

yeah, same here..I already reported that to xiaomi,problem with pc suite, only supporting kk roms

Hi Dude.. if you open a terminal ( CMD command ) then you digit " fastboot devices" You must see "Device XXXXXXX" ( XXXXXXXXX is an alfanumeric code ) so You are sure your smartphone is connected.
I hope you have installed "ADB FASTBOOT tools" on Pc

To use this command, the phone must be in fastboot mode.
My phone is connected, i see it in windows explorer.

My first impression of Marshmallow on Mi4:

Very nice and smooth, good job for first public release

Problems so far:
* Daily Lockscreen FC
* Google Now on Tap not working (gets enabled eventually, but still opens classic Google Now instead)
* WhatsApp Web not working

Is there a thread already where to report Marshmallow issues?

Yeah, I can confirm that.. first it didn't work, but after few reboot works And no bugs for now, all works perfect I am satisfied

Im using mi3w, and I update almost every week from these thread. Today, I update to 6.2.1 as instructed on the first page. I just want to share my experience for those who stuck on 99% on mi recovery, just be patient, mine need almost 30 minutes.
And now, my mi3w is already on 6.2.1.

None rom from xiaomi.eu lock the bootloader.

On version 6.1.14 you can read on the changelog "3. After upgrading to MIUI China Developer ROM 6.1.14, Bootloader will be locked for Mi 4c and Mi Note Pro, just like Redmi Note 3."

So that's why I asked about this version.

when finish flash twrp(canco).img file, its always go back to MI recovery 2.01
