if i write on an app.. then leave the app with keyboard open and lock the screen.. when i unlock it the keyboard in the app is unresponsive and i have to go back, the app closes and i have to reopen it to be able to write again.. sometimes the same bug appears with the keyboard open in the home.. not closing at all until i close everything in app manager or i open any app to reset the keyboard

I haven't updated the Mi10T pro for a year due to the camera problem.
What would be the first step to update clean? Get into TWRP and Wipe system, internal storage, cache and then flash ROM with commands and fastboot?

Just run fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.
Remember that all of your data will be deleted.
