Sorry for waste of your time, bruh! And you come reporting issues after you mess with our ROMs? And you "can't" even make a logcat? Dunno what kind of help you're expecting. Waste of my time.

Oi, you deleted some important apps. It's ~a basic rule (for me at least) to know what I do before I make a step and know if it can be reversed.I removed these apps
rm -rf $1/data-app/*
rm -rf $1/app/cit
rm -rf $1/app/Calculator
rm -rf $1/app/CameraTools
rm -rf $1/app/Email
rm -rf $1/app/FM
rm -rf $1/app/Health
rm -rf $1/app/Joyose
rm -rf $1/app/Lens
rm -rf $1/app/MiRadio
rm -rf $1/app/MiuiBugReport
rm -rf $1/app/MiuiCompass
rm -rf $1/app/MiuiVideoGlobal
rm -rf $1/app/MMIGroup
rm -rf $1/app/Notes
rm -rf $1/app/Stk
rm -rf $1/app/Updater
rm -rf $1/app/wps-lite
rm -rf $1/priv-app/Backup
rm -rf $1/priv-app/Calendar
rm -rf $1/priv-app/MiBrowserGlobal
rm -rf $1/priv-app/MiMover
rm -rf $1/priv-app/MiRecycle
rm -rf $1/priv-app/MiService
rm -rf $1/priv-app/MiuiScanner
rm -rf $1/priv-app/Music
rm -rf $1/priv-app/PersonalAssistant
rm -rf $1/priv-app/Provision
rm -rf $1/priv-app/Weather
rm -rf $1/product/priv-app/Velvet
rm -rf $1/system_ext/app/FM
But the same I removed apps on build 21.5.20 and earlier builds still show full info. Only not show on later builds.Oi, you deleted some important apps. It's ~a basic rule (for me at least) to know what I do before I make a step and know if it can be reversed.
You see, you should search what apps to delete before you do that.
rm -rf $1/data-app/*
It probably deleted important data of almost every (system) app.
rm -rf $1/app/cit removed an app to check if your phone functions correctly, big mistake.
rm -rf $1/app/CameraTools might deleted your camera.
rm -rf $1/app/Joyose is unknown app, so it may was important.
rm -rf $1/app/MiuiBugReport was probably used to make debug logs.
rm -rf $1/app/Stk I think this was important too
rm -rf $1/app/Updater yeah, it was the updater app. This might be why you cant see the info.
rm -rf $1/app/wps-lite nice utility to read documents
rm -rf $1/priv-app/Backup well, probably not native backup option for you anymore
rm -rf $1/priv-app/MiMover sounds important
rm -rf $1/priv-app/MiRecycle might be important
rm -rf $1/priv-app/MiService might be important
rm -rf $1/priv-app/Provision probably important
rm -rf $1/priv-app/Weather might be used in weather wallpapers
rm -rf $1/product/priv-app/Velvet unkown, maybe important.
rm -rf $1/system_ext/app/FM why the fm app..
And you can take logs with adb or root, just search it up. It seems to be that you removed to many important things from your phone, so it might cayse bigger issues in the future. Also it probably invalidates any bug you find.
And how many times do you need to be told that things changed? But the same I removed apps on build 21.5.20 and earlier builds still show full info. Only not show on later builds.
Fine, thanks in advance, Esberg.Being unable to delete system apps is not "a problem", it's something called "dynamic partitions", do some homework.
Like I said: off topic conversations elsewhere, and if you remove any system app, you void the right to report any bugs on this forum.
People break the ROM and then come here crying, this has to stop.
I am not sure you understood the matter in object. Read the related posts above your.I always recommend to use this tool kit to delete unwanted apps: https://github.com/Szaki/XiaomiADBFastbootTools
It offers a proposal list with all apps which can be deleted without any risk. Everything what was deleted can even be restored.

It's related to what @Ken Hao said - he deleted apps he should not have deleted and this tool is a more secure way to know what can be deleted without any risk...I am not sure you understood the matter in object. Read the related posts above your.
But these are BETA ROMs - they are changing, being fixed and tweaked all the time. Working on feedback from us. The ROMs are already de-bloated, with a large number of extra features - and therefore should be treated with respect, and not messed around with. We simply do not know how different apps interact with each other, especially system apps. It's related to what @Ken Hao said - he deleted apps he should not have deleted and this tool is a more secure way to know what can be deleted without any risk...

At least om my Mi 9T (also Xiaomi.eu 21.6.9), there is no such folder:Oi, you deleted some important apps. It's ~a basic rule (for me at least) to know what I do before I make a step and know if it can be reversed.

PS. Took me a while to understand that by bruh you probably mean brother.
Settings > always-on display & lockscreen > wake lock screen for notificationsMi 9T Pro: Did anyone else notice that the phone's screen is being awoken on every notification? I noticed this new behavior when WhatsApp suddenly woke my screen up.
Is that normal?
Thank you so much! For some reason, that setting was changed automatically after the newest updateSettings > always-on display & lockscreen > wake lock screen for notifications
Turn it off
You're welcome!Thank you so much! For some reason, that setting was changed automatically after the newest update
Might the reason be that for some reason, I installed the APK for the system app updater and it installed the global themes app? Probably. Why was there no system app updater before? And how can I get back to the original themes menu?View attachment 37394
Do you have this wallpaper and personalisation menu? I only have themes and wallpaper as separate settings.

Nevermind, I fixed it by uninstalling the updates of themes and wallpaper. Yup, System App Updater auto-updates apps, and it's not appropriate for use on our ROMs.Nevermind, I fixed it by uninstalling the updates of themes and wallpaper. Also, I uninstalled the updater.
Alright. Also thinking about customisation, could you provide an option to use the modern stock icons, like a preinstalled icon pack or something? I'd really love to have newer icons, especially Google maps.Yup, System App Updater auto-updates apps, and it's not appropriate for use on our ROMs.
