Hello. Did you get your problem solved? If yes, how?
I am having same issue with 9Pro and K20 after a dirty flash from 12.5. What can be wrong? Always was doing weekly updates via Mi system and just couple months ago weekly updates broke both of my phones.
Please assist...

With A11 System is flashed as read-only (see /vendor/etc/fstab.qcom) and even from TWRP or by root/Magisk you cannot change files on the system-as-root.
Use Magisk and its systemless changes - consult Magisk Github documentation. That's the way how Systemless hosts works and all other (up-to-date) Magisk systemless modules (the technique is around for three or so years, on some phones System became read-only with A10 or even A9)

Hey.
I unlocked my Mi 11 3 days ago. Now it want to dirty flash the new beta over last weeks beta.
TWRP does not allow me to do that. Decrypting does not work, even though the code is correct.
It does neither work with a pin, nor with a pattern.

Does somebody else have this problem?

Just found a solution that worked perfectly keeping all my data and settings.
In the rush to get TWRP back-up working, on Mi 9 Pro 5G I had to apply the RM ForceEncrypt option.
After updating from 12.3 to 12.5 phone entered in Recovery bootloop. Until this moment, any weekly updates applied in dirty flash mode worked perfectly.
At that time formatted everything and flashed from scratch with 12.5.
Now, to be able to update from 12.5 to 12.6, I had to re-apply the RM ForceEncrypt. OS booted perfectly fine after that.
Perhaps it is worth mentioning in the flash/update guide.

Your ability to modify files on system partition directly is none of our concern. There is no more free space on your system partition, we can barely fit the ROM as it is... Like suggested above, use system-less changes using Magisk modules.

I've been experiencing an issue, which started three weekly releases ago. Basically the screen stops registering touches randomly when scrolling and I have to click in and out of lock screen to get it working again. I always clear dalvik/cache when installing new ROMs, but the issue seems to be persisting. I'm on cas btw
 
Recently I installed previous version for my Mi 9 lite and again I faced with lags when opening apps, and it was 2-3 times slower than Android 10. I readed a few threads to find a solution and I got that deleting the /data/system/package_cache/ folder will fix all these issues. Can anyone confirm that? (I’m on android 10 right now)

On my Mi 9 (cepheus),

Rooted with Magisk v23 OK (Root Checker app)
Safety Net Status Passed (Root Checker app)
Widevine CDM Security Level L1 (DRM Info app)

Issues releved:
- the shutter sound and focus sound when I take a picture are mute. (is it a global ROM bug or not ?)
- The Instagram app name, in recents apps isn't show, only the icon is shown

for at least 3 builds I continue to have problems closing apps in the background, for example I play Candy crush, I use some other app for a few minutes and the game closes, I play Pokémon go and close, I open gps joystick ninja for Pokémon go which should show up above other apps and close 3 or 4 times right after a few seconds, then it works for a few minutes and closes again ... the bank app gives me push notifications after quite some time. obviously I set the apps in question without limits in energy saving, with automatic start and with all possible permissions! can you set the ram differently? can you make it not close apps? it has become unusable for me ... thanks

I ~dunno if you should get help for hacking a game (pokemon go)... This ~is why those apps block rooted users in the first place..

On my Redmi K20 Pro often after unlock upper half of display does not respond. Need to Lock and unlock again to get control, further more my NFC debitcard App Crashes after Boot

There is somthing mess up with second space. On my device can only tick dual app space.

I can't register in the app in dual app space. It starts but in the end fails the enrollment. Might test it with second space and see if it works there.

I didn't blame you and the team. This change just occurred with the new version of the ROM, so I take the freedom to report it. It may/will affect others as well, and is therefore good to know.
 
@Poney70 Thank, you. I use Xiaomi Cloud and dont ever use this ADBtools but I try it now and uninstalled Mi cloud, reinstalled it, and it works now.
