Mi 9, couldn't boot but now I can.

What I did:

Flashed global stable 11.0.3.0 via MiFlash
Flashed 3.3.1-62 TWRP
Flashed ROM -> Couldnt boot here
Format data in twrp -> this is what you have to do (no wipe data, format data)

I had this rom but it only gave me problems!
I put the previous rom on my redmi note 7 with orange fox, and it always asks me for password when restarting, I tried to use fastboot and I can't, does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Format data and you will be able to boot , but that will wipe everything in your phone.

With this version, I faced some bugs listed below on my Redmi Note 7

- Problems with security patch
I think android's own patch is not updated.
- Health app is force closes, until 20.1.21. - bug is still here.
- Instagram app FC's too in this release.
- Some times the system forget, and dont accept the correct pattern when MIUI 72 hour security checkout exist.

Screenshots attached, apps crashes reported to MIUI devs.

Update: SnoopSnitch test also show 2019-11-05 patch date.

Workaround available for pin/pattern/password bug:

1.) Reboot to recovery mode
(TWRP or OrangeFox, based on which you use)
2.) Open the File Manager in recovery.
3.) Navigate to: /data/system/
4.) Delete all files which contain: "locksettings" (without quotes)
5.) Reboot to system and add your new pin, pattern or password to secure your phone.

Please be sure, your system partition is NOT attached as Read Only!!!
