I have installed the latest MI 10 Stable rom and now google wallet is not working.
ROM: xiaomi.eu_multi_MI10_V13.0.7.0.SJBCNXM_v13-12
Tried to remove and reinstall Wallet and reboot the phone.
I had one problem also with it when I try to add a credit card, said my phone didn't meet the security requirement. I just reboot the phone and it worked. ‍
(on 11T Pro)

I'm using our ROM based on China DEV Android 13 right now, and I can't see it in Telegram or Instagram, even when set to identify as a China ROM.
Not sure what you're trying to feed me here. You presented no proof for your claims.
Oooh which version is this? not the latest stable right?

Anyone using Redmi Note 9 Pro EU MIUI V13.0.1.0 SJZMIXM (or anyone who knows the answer by heart): what is the default file system type of /data partition? Mine is F2FS and I didn't ever change it but I'm having a kind of strange issue with the latest stable OrangeFox-miatoll-stable@R11.1_3_A12_FBEv1.zip (and all betas): when OrangeFox is trying to decrypt my /data for my user with the 100% right pattern it says it can't decrypt user and in the same time I'm able to browse /data (no gibberish filenames/dirnames anywhere) and I can do whatever I want with the internal storage (mounting and everything is working, no gibberish filenames/dirnames anywhere). The OFox response on this matter was "it's a ROM issue".. which would be strange knowing that under Android 11 it did work perfectly. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks!

did you try pin or remove pin/pw/pattern completly?

Of course. I sent them the logs as well. Without pin/pattern it didn't ask for decryption and used the default pass and it works. But I have to use pattern (it's a work related obligation).

then install it and afterwards set pattern… so I think you have no challenge. I will not say anything to related work obligation and unlocked bootloader :)

That's not the case, installing a ROM is not the problem here. Joyeuse has a fastboot V13.0.1.0 of Xiaomi.EU at the moment anyways. My problem is that I can't judge whether the /data decryption is really working as it should or not and thus may I or may I not rely on the backup it creates / restores. I don't know why it shows an error but seems to work and thus I'm confused how reliable it is. I hope now you understand my issue with this situation.

i am confused… you said it worked and now you have a challenge? which error? no details, no help…

So, you boot to OFox, it asks for a decryption pattern, I input the pattern, it says it doesn't work and after I hit the back button it still drops to the OFox menu and I can browse the files, I can manage backups, I can even go to the app manager in OFox and it sees all my apps, etc, so ___seemingly___ the pattern did work and it was able to decrypt + mount everything but still, there was an error message etc..
When I remove the pattern is doesn't ask for anything, just drops me to the file browser. When I add back the pattern and all my fingerprints it starting this again. Even after formating /data.
Hope this helps to understand the situation.

Thank you very much for your help, clear instructions and tutorials.
I've installed the recovery, now I'm ready for OTA updates I have understood everything.
Thanks again to everyone in this forum.
And sorry for my English I'm a French user.
OTA uptades? You mean, is it possible that after installing the latest rom, the next will come like a regular udpate? No need for computer, and twrp? Or did I misunderstand?

no… I am sorry. If you remove pattern, can you see all your folders and what is if you set a pin? you wrote a lot but didnt say anything.

if you have a permanent twrp you can install ota updates without a computer

Read again what I wrote then because I explained it all - I did say everything but let me try it again:
- If I remove the pin or pattern (from the ROM or via formating data) then OFox is not asking for anything (obviously) and I can see all my stuff
- If I set a screenlock pin or pattern in the ROM then OFox asks for pin or pattern and when I input the correct pin or pattern OFox says it is not working BUT if I just tap the back button I can see all my stuff (seemingly decryption did happen even though OFox says "Failed to decrypt user 0", see the screenshot below)
- If I set a screenlock pin or pattern in the ROM then OFox asks for pin or pattern and when I input an incorrect pin or pattern OFox says it is not working (obviously) and if I just tap the back button I don't see my stuff, it's all gibberish (obviously decrypt did not happen).

I really can't describe the situation any better because this is exactly what I experience in OFox with Xiaomi.EU ROM.

It looks NOT to be a ROM but an OFox issue and I wanted to crosscheck with others - probably this is why Joyeuse has only fastboot MIUI 13 ROM and no recovery ROM released as of yet. Guess you have a different phone and you can't crosscheck because I presume you would've already rebooted to OFox to check it.

Here are some screenshots, probably can help you to understand what's going on:
OFox says that storage is encrypted. After I input the correct pattern OFox says FBEv1 decrypt was not successful:

Although as you can see my internal storage is decrypted and you can read the file/dir names.

PS: When I input a wrong pin or pattern then everything in internal storage and in /data are gibberish, you can't read proper file/dir names.

TL;DR: When I input a correct pin/pattern then everything in internal storage and in /data are readable but still I receive the very same error message in OFox.

I really-really can't explain it any better........ but a picture says a thousand words, so I hope the screenshots are helping..
