MIUI 13 MIUI 13 STABLE RELEASE

I just noticed that icon animations on my Poco F3 are not that detailed now, there is only a "transition" effect when you close it and thats it, before i remember the "Settings" wheel had some movement, "Files", "camera" and others had some detailed animations, is this gone for good? i see there is an option for "global icon animations" that doesnt seem to do anything, lol, is this a bug or icons are not supposed to be animated anymore? thanks.

Im not sure if my F3 had them, but my old Xiaomi Mi 8 surely had them with MIUI 12.

you can use adb / fastboot / mix explorer with root… as example

# fastboot erase cache -> no erase of davlik
# reboot

# adb shell
# su system
# rm -r /data/dalvik-cache/
# rm -r /cache/
# reboot
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
# install magisk & mix explorer
# grant root in magisk to mix explorer
# grant root access in mix explorer -> settings - more settings - allow root
# change to /data/dalvik-cache and delete the files / directories
# change to /cache/ and delete the files / directories
# reboot

ADB and Fastboot options didnt work (already tried some days ago), for Magisk, wouldnt i need to install a custom recovery first? Im under the impression that there isnt a working one yet for Poco F3.
 
I'm currently using MIUI 12.5 stable xiaomi.eu installed through TWRP,
can I update it to MIUI 13 stable xiaomi.eu through fastboot without any errors / high brick possibility?

It's Mi Note 10 Lite but I doubt it matters in this case.

Mi 10 Just picked up from the lab.
Before I brought it there was this release 13.04 fastboot

After I picked it up, there was the 12.05 stable

Phone is unlocked

After flashing with fastboot 13.04 rom (update) the xiaomi logo appears and then the MIUI 5.0 recovery screen


Any solution?

Hi, I see that in the stable version, Xiaomi 12X has both Android 11 and 12 version of roms, but the Android 12 ROM has earlier version numbers. Does it mean that it has older version features (e.g. safety patchworks) but not the most recent ones as the most recent Android 11 ROM?

And didn't you think of the logical idea that a new signage started with the new android? Of course, the version with A12 is newer.

What is the problem with too easy ?
I have Poco F3 and that is exactly what i did to make the notification go away.
 
Planning to use this rom, is the reset option in the settings working? Well I usually reset my phone once a week so I'm just wondering if it will work or if there will be some problem in doing so. Thanks.
 
On Xiaomi 12 with last rom I have this problem. When I want to listen a vocal message from Whatsapp or telegram, and put the phone to te ear, the message is heard from the ear capsule but also from the bottom speaker.
I noticed this behavior recently. Anyone has this?
 
hi, i recently switched from 12 stable to 13.02 stable on my poco F2 and i have a problem with wlan standby... my phone is not reachable through wlan (ping) when the display gets locked or phone gets in standby. till i unlock the display. i would like to have it reachable all the time because of my presence detection at home. i searched through a lot of settings, disabled available power settings but it didn't help... is it possible to disable that the wlan goes into sleep as soon as the phone gets in standby? i was not able to find any setting for this (like ."Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep"). thanks in advance!

Just flashed latest build for F3. All good no issues so far.

Also for those who are frustrated with A12 Dark Mode Notification text being too dark(WhatsApp in particular), I finally made my own theme to counter this issue. Below are some screenshots for you to tell the difference.

With limited resources and info on themeing, I had to reverse-engineer the hard way to find out which data to change in order for the text to change into what I want.

Thanks to @icemint.asa for the youtube vids, it really help pointed me in the correct direction.

I am having problems with facebook and instagram applications in version 13.0.8.0 for Mi 11.

Apps are constantly closing.

I also tried apk files with different version codes, but the problem was not solved.

Any suggestions for a solution?

Hi Guys,

Im experincing an issue with the Weather app, im using the weather stock app but since 3 days ago is not getting the temperture is just stuck in the same , i have tried revoking the permission to see if that works but nothing, my phone is 11T Pro, is someone else having this issue?
