Every time the gps is activated. Periodic popup: "permissions keeps breaking. Send report"

Anyone know why?

What's going on:
- Home screen is visible
- I swap to see App drawer
- as you can see, apps from Company profile are displayed at first
- then I swap from right to left and you can see "private apps"

I though: maybe it's matter of having "Company profile" enabled or disabled. So, at 0:30 I've disabled it (as you can see Company profile's app are grey). But this doesn't change anything. Especially it doesn't change default App drawer view.

Before MUIU 13 (on MIUI 12.5), the default one was "private apps" and I had to swap from right to left to see Company profile's apps.

No no, the lock indicates these apps are part of Work/Company profile.

What is an Android Work Profile? - Android Enterprise Help

Android 5 or later devices only An Android Work Profile can be set up on an Android device to separate work apps and data from personal apps and data. With a Work Profile you can securely and private

But whole point is about MIUI Apps drawer.
 
I sucessfully flashed xiaomi eu for my 11T Pro (vili) , one thing i noticed is the missing Password Manager, is it an China ROM only feature?

i checked and its not there, 10T Lite(based on china rom) and 11T Pro (based on global ROM) also look different there
Also Password & security looks different

Hello, I tried to run the update script and got to an error "too many links", on imagefv_b. My device won't boot to anything. No fastboot, no recovery. MiFlash detects it when connected but I am getting an error when I am trying to flash with it. "index was outside the bounds of the array". What am I doing now?
 
Hi,

Will the versions based on the global roms have the new widgets, which are based on the app vault from xiaomi? If yes, what will it be the source for the right swipe on the screen, google feed, the app vault or google feed with the benefits (widgets) from the app vault?

I have Redmi Note 10 Pro with 13.0.4.0 for a week. It smoothly works well. I am pretty happy.

But this morning, securities asked me to optimize securities according to their checking. I just followed them as usual. Let them turn on/off things to fit their decisions.

And I found later that my phone dialer was forced to use google dialer instead of Mi dialer.

I then refastboot 13.0.4.0 once again. But still be google dialer.

Please advise what I did by mistake and how to get my lovely EU Mi dialer back?

Another feeling is Google might update something and force to use their standard dialer again?

Found solution!!!
securities did the optimization and turn default dialer to their google dialer. Go to setting>app>manage app>touch 3dots on upper right corner>change it back.

Global ROMs don't have the Application Extension Service (com.miui.contentcatcher / MiuiContentCatcher.apk) app included, hence no Password manager in any of these places you mentioned. So yes, it's a China ROM feature.

UPDATE: Added for Global-based ROMs for our next releases to give users the option to use it instead of Google's autofill service.

Hi,

I have a redmi note 10. I have problem when I restart my phone manually. After booting and login, my phone restart itself automatically again. But after the second login, there is no more restart. Did anybody meet with this bug?

As soon as I activate the gps in google maps or waze the phone crashes and restarts.
GPS makes the phone unstable. If I don't open the map but I use apps that need localization. As soon as I start the gps, error popups appear

Now every time I activate the GPS the phone tracks the position and restarts. In practice GPS unusable.
Before rebooting the twrp screen appeared. I had to press the power key to restart it normally. There is something wrong
 
Hello, I got Update Announcement on my Mi10T Pro for MIUI 13.0.1.0.

Question is: On weekly camera is broken for longer time now. Does the changelog of the stable update mean that the camera is broken on MIUI 13 stable too from now on?? So no further updates for Mi10T Pro?
