It seems that weekly eu is not yet ready for Note7Pro. So my request is: if possible, plz release the stable eu for Note7Pro atleast

ON EU stable rom, you are not encrypted, so you can flash new one in "dirty mode". (wipe cache/ dalvik only)
If you get trouble with application after installation better to wipe factory ('clean instal)
And if you are encrypted Format data/yes in wipe is mandatory. (extra clean install)

why do you think if there is no beta available for a phone, the stable will be sooner?

Hmm for me it works. I've added my face and locked screen. After power button pressed I can see that phone recognized my face but I have to move up the screen
If I downgrade to v10.2.3.0 it works just fine tho. I deleted the face data and set it up again but still no luck.
What's happening when you press power button to enabled screen? Can you see face icon on the top?
