Mi 5 was officially discontinued by Xiaomi. The last China ROM was V10.2.1.0 and the last Global ROM was V10.2.2.0.
We continue updating Mi 5 by porting the Mi 5s ROM. There won't be any stable ROM for Mi 5, though, as the port is Beta by nature.

Hello. Tell me please. The device mi 8. The version of miui eu is stable 10.2.2, does the voice assistant still not work?
Can I upgrade to non-weekly firmware without losing data? if so, how to do it?

google assistant works only in the weekly so far.

Thanks to the team for this release. I stayed on weekly 8.4.4_V9 chiron (Mix2) for almost a year without problems. That's why I choose for the stable version now. Wiped cache, dalvik cache and system and installed without troubles. After one day I can say battery time is better. Everything works smooth.
 
Anyway to add google feed to appvault? I want to see news when I swipe left.

I have Redmi 5, tried to install eu rom, when start in TWRP asking password. I entered login password or email password but showing failed. If cancel then can't mount internal storage or SD card. Please help me how to install.
 
I am still with serious bug in the bluetooth of the xiaomi MI MIX 1 the volume via bluetooth gets very low in the connection even the maximum volume. WHATSAPP +5582994311001
 
When I connect my xiaomi via bluetooth it works normally to play music, but when I make a call via bluetooth the connection becomes very, very low and with noise.
 
Anyone with the following problem?
Settings -> Authorisation and revoke -> try to disable any on the list -> wait 10 sec and tap yes -> error message: "Couldn't revoke authorisation"
No matter which one I try to revoke, no matter how many times I restart and wipe cache and/or Dalvik/ART cache, no matter if I'm using mobile data or WiFi..
The device is a Mido (Redmi Note 4X Snapdragon) but I strongly think this issue is not device specific (probably not ROM specific either).

I have redmi 5 plus and I advise u to use orange fox recovery...
I have done the update today without problem

I came back to this rom after a while (been on siberiaos for 3 months). I've been using Google Pay for a while but now it seems not to be working. I cannot make my cards to work (it says that my device might be rooted when i try to activate debit card). I got magisk installed, safetynet pass, and used magisk hide to cover google pay app and banking apps. Any solution ? It used to work. My device is MI5 (gemini).

Try latest Magisk Canary: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/topjohnwu/magisk_files/master/canary_builds/release.json
In anyway, this is a Google Pay security issue, not ROM issue.

Right ! Thanks for the answer. So I read more and it seems like a new google play services update causes the problem. Gotta wait for topjohnwu to look up for solution. Edit: temporary solution is to change magisk to core mode only. Works for me.

Im trying to flash twrp on my mi 8 se wich has global custom rom installed from new and it's not working.

When i try fastboot boot twrp.img it finishes with status okay, and then phone is stuck in dark screen and nothing happens.

When i use fastboot flash recovery twrp.img it finishes succesfully with status okay, and then after fastboot reboot recovery it comes back to normal system. when i try adb reboot recovery after that it switch to xiaomi recovery 3.0. fastboot info shoing that bootlader is unlocked
