Yes,but the first time after unlocking you have to install manually a TWRP and if you choose the wrong one it can be dramatic. Also it is better to MOUNT ALL the partitions, especially Modem and other, if you know what I mean.I just run from the updater from the phone, twrp is already in the update rom boots into twrp just select install job done
I've never installed twrp First flash I did was with fastboot , after that via twrp , never checked mount etc just followed installing instructions and not had issues with modem etcYes,but the first time after unlocking you have to install manually a TWRP and if you choose the wrong one it can be dramatic. In case it's not obvious, Bootloader Unlocking is 100% necessary to install the Xiaomi.eu rom. Not allowing discussion of bootloader unlocking is only shooting yourself in the foot.In case it's not obvious to some people, this thread is meant for discussion about our Stable ROM releases.
No discussions about root or bootloader unlocking. Posts removed.
It seems like you didn't recognize this forum has more areas than just the ROM release area.In case it's not obvious, Bootloader Unlocking is 100% necessary to install the Xiaomi.eu rom. Not allowing discussion of bootloader unlocking is only shooting yourself in the foot.
Like darki said, a forum is not a single thread. There has to be an order so that the forum doesn't turn into a "general discussion chatroom".In case it's not obvious, Bootloader Unlocking is 100% necessary to install the Xiaomi.eu rom. Not allowing discussion of bootloader unlocking is only shooting yourself in the foot.

no the TWRP install is this. You have old TWRP for android 12 (A12), you need to update it to A14
Or
Install ROM via fastboot.
In TWRP > Swipe > reboot > bootloader
The version of twrp you installed is for Android 12no the TWRP install is this.

I don't know why another TWRP is indicated above.
I managed to restart the phone but I can't open any apps. it tells me to Wait for the device to completely reboot before opening apps.
it's as if it no longer recognizes my unlock code.
no the TWRP installed is 3.7.1 A14. It seems like it no longer accepts my unlock code. The version of twrp you installed is for Android 12

Thank you so much for your reply.Did it a few weeks ago (just search for my posts in this thread). Works fine for me. Can't see any impact on battery life or functionality.
There is just one issue without any solution in sight and not even the guys hear can help me with it: Dual Apps connecting via Bluetooth are not working anymore.
I wouldn't do it again, but there's no way back without data wipe.
