I am seen your issue several times

The issue is with Google play store issue and its not a Miui issue.

Things that have helped me:
I no longer backup and recover playstore apps, I only backup apps that were not from play store, such as AdAway, XDA Labs, apps from XDA Labs, 3rd party Live Wallpapers, 3rd party Ringtones etc.

One possible resolution for your current installation is to stop both the Play Store and Play Services, then clear cache in Play services and in Playstore reboot phone. Reopen Google Play and now updates should work.

Another thing that I do to avoid these types of issues is removing my passwords, face ID and fingerprints before installing system updates. After the phone has been updated, I re-add the passkeys.

Since I upgraded this ROM my Mi5 found error "server unreachable" when call via VoLTE. I tried to switch to another ROM but all ROM found this problem what can I do. Please.
 
My Mix 3 is on 9.8.15 Beta. Being not able to get OTA 9f this 9.8.22 update no matter how many times I checked manually. Any idea why?

No.
But it is really easy to download rom manually and install it through updater app (three dots in the upper right corner / select downloaded file for update)

Dev on my Mi8 when i activate the Extreme Battery saver, It "Stills" my contacts names...tested 3 times...very strange.

You must have some data corruption. I also have a Mi8 and I am definitely not experiencing that issue.

When you say "Stills" I am assuming you mean that the screen is freeze or that you cannot open contacts? I just performed those functions in ultra saving mode and had no issues.

It is possible that you could have a permissions issue, a full clean install would likely resolve the issue.

no hmk20mi9t releases? its in the list but writes delayed. we didnt get the 9.8.22 release.
is there a reason? should we expect EOL already?
 
That's why until now there's no 9.8.29 update. I'm kinda addicted flashing Eu rom every Friday. Thanks for the info @ingbrzy!
