Have you done a clear install or dirty install? And which rom m version was installed? The last week version with problems or the previous one?

I upgrade always from the last weekly... (9.7.4 was fine too for me, no problems)
but I use no root. maybe you should upgrade to the latest twrp too. (but I dont think all your probs are twrp related)
I always copy the rom to the phone, start twrp, advanced wipe, wipe cache , cache&dalvik and system and then
install the new ROM. (but the Updater does the same, if you I saw the install script)
No problems for me

Yep I do the same, but I will try with wipe system, I thought it was dangerous. I remember in the first post that wipe system was not recommended.

It is not recommented if you dont want to lose your data if you come from the official rom.

Dalvik and cache I deleted after successfully flashing the 9.7.11. After a reboot, I installed Magisk and also deleted dalvik and cache. The language of the camera is in english, because I have on the advice of @ingbrzy System language in english. Otherwise it is set to German. In both languages, the camera crashes even after deleting their data and then dalvik and cache cleanup repeatedly.

Until 2 weeks ago, when ROM was released on thursday i received an OTA notice on friday or even on thursday itself.
