hey guys i really need help. i installed twrp and copied this rom to sd/downloads. but after installing twrp i wanted to install rom and cannot find my direction. just see directions like "8rdmWiqzEbfxh0JmTw2N2D" but cannot find image. wanted to copy image again on my phone but cannot copy through windows. my device is broken so need help

You need to FORMAT DATA in twrp and then install the rom. Backup all your stuff otherwise it will be erased.
 
yes i formated data and then wanted to install rom but connot find it. my phone always boot in recovery mode. and i am not allowed to copy files from windows to my phone. actually nothing is on my device so i cannot use it

Did you try using a SDcard or OTG?

It appears the rom was in the internal storage which was erased during the format process. Redo by placing the rom in the sd card or otg device.
 
my device has no sd supported. and i don't have otg.what can i do? now i pushed image through adb to /storage but cannot install .
"updater process ended with Error: 7 Error installing zip file `/storage/xiaomi.eu_multi_MI9SE_9.6.13_v10-9.zip"
i tried 3 times. on third try it installed without error but my phone always boots in revovery and seems that no system is installed

now pushed to /date/media/obb image is there and i installed seccusfully. after installing also every time get back to twrp. booting my device not work

Connect your phone to the computer via cable, make sure USB debugging is enabled in the developer options, confirm access to the display.
Boot into the TWRP, open the Explorer and copy the ROM to your phone.
Disconnect the cable, go to Install TWRP, select the ROM and confirm the installation.
After successful installation, boot into the system.

cannot copy files to my phone. i also cannot check if debugging is enabled because have no system. before debugging was enabled.

I mean another version of twrp for your device. This one might look like it's working but since it can't install the rom even after format data it seems that it's not functioning properly.

i have installed the rom from /data/media/obb but after installation it always reboots in twrp. think its the wrong directory for the rom. but my phone has no sd card and no otg and i cannot copy files from computer to phone with my explorer.

Always copy the ROM to the root directory and install it from there.

When you start your phone in the TWRP and connect it to the computer, Explorer will show the device as a drive. If you put the zip on it, it will land in the main directory. When you unplug the device, tap Install in TWRP, scroll all the way down. There is the zip. Tap and move the slider to the right.

i see my device in explorer but cannot copy files in it.
