After copy the MiuiSystmUi.apk 9.5.1 with root to system % is now ok. So it is a bug in 9.5.9

but i know its a bug from Xiaomi and not from eu

At MiX 2S too. It controlls brightness very rough. No transitions between 0-100% dimming. Just for example: 20-50-70-100.

As soon as I choose GPS battery mode it disables. Then I need to reboot device to get GPS working again

In Oreo it was working fine...
Also, in official Global it works.

On my Whyred, the graphic display of the battery level disappeared. Only the percentage remains.
This has probably happened after a game running in full screen, without the status bar.

I've found an annoying flaw on my Whyred about the energy restriction of each app.
I need a few of them to run without restriction but after each reboot, they get back to "MIUI optimized" which prevent them to work properly.

Is it possible to disabled this damned "energy saving" feature globally?

This setting value doesn't disappear for "Automate" but it does for its three "child" apps:

Actually I had something similar om my Mix1 just after flashing the ROM.
It was wandering back and forth quickly for no particular reason.
Trying to set it with the pulldown slider didn't help.

I then went into Settings/Display/Brightness and fiddled with the slider there, and after that it started working more normally, so far.

Thank you very much. You avoid me to downgrade to the previous rom.
I already found this parameter but I doubted it really override the power saving setting of each app because they are still "MIUI optimized". Finally, this overriding seems to work fine.

This is no problem of the rom, it´s a problem of the mods. Flash back or wait for updates of the apps.

Instead qqing about others hard work there's 2 options:
1. You dev a rom
2. Revert to previous one

You can try to uninstall and reinstall your magisk modules, if you haven't done it yet.
For me, vanced magisk module did FC after updating, it works fine after doing so.

Installed in redmi note 5 unfortunately is not ok, if you have data off you cannot put WiFi on and hotspot at same time . Repeater WiFi is not available

For those who has trouble with magisk 19.1 it isn't a problem of the rom, or of magisk, it is a problem of viper4android, i solve it flashing the rom, flashing magisk 19.1 and then flash the zip of viper4android, in that order, here is the link of the zip, i hope im not breaking the rules of this comunity.
