Some time since installed on mi note 3. Only bug I saw it is the notification, when someone sent a message on WhatsApp. It appear in duplicate on notification bar

Help, I can't get into TWRP after install xiaomi.eu
- Press volume up + power button = nothing
- fastboot boot twrp.img = nothing
- fastboot reboot = nothing
- I tried updating with the updater and choosing the .zip from internal storage, but xiaomi always restarts in android system
He says that on every Mi 8 SE used in Turkey has this problem.No mobile signal no network but Mi 8 SE used in europe is okey.
Please fix it.
Someone who knows this Rom issues recommended a way by copy paste NON-HLAS.bin file in 9.5.16 which has no problem with regard to mobile network, to 9.5.30
And this way is working but please dont release next update without testing it for Turkey.
This problem has been remain for last 2 update but on 9.5.16 everything is okey.
Is it possible your phones are being blocked in Turkey by the government?

Yes what you read is true.But we already registered them.İf problem source is this then we cant use ours in 9.5.16 ROM but this is clear.
I said someone found a solution and now we are able to use without a problem(for now) but next updates should be check for Turkey because I think developers also know that there are too many Mi 8 SE user in Turkey maybe the most user comminity after China.

Thanks buddy I noticed that the problem was caused by the old twrp version.
After installing the latest twrp version, my issue has improved.

as I mentioned in the previous message, I removed the old twrp and installed the latest version and improved.
Root not required. Just adb commands within fastboot mode. Of course, unlocked bootloader is a given.
