Ok, understand you

Problem is I can't put into the device something when I formated it(there's no any folder in /sdcard and on PC copying doesn't pass)

So, MTP was enabled and all the partitions were selected (except the usb otg)

How can I put into device something? (rebooting into recovery again is my problem?)

It is not so easy after format and wipe.
Do you have an SD card to copy the ROM on it and put it in your phone?

Otherwise connect it via USB to your PC.
You should see the folder TWRP.
You can put the ROM also there.

А вообще почему эта штука так работает? Почему я не могу парезагрузиться из рекавери в рекавери? (если это низкоуровневое програмирование/не знаешь - не отвечай)

Yes, you have to be in TWRP and copy the ROM after wiping to the phone.

Mi 8 SE? На 4pda есть подробные инструкции, если что.
Проблема в Dm-Verity. Возвращает стоковое рекавери на место. Перед форматированием даты прошить архив (отключает Dm-Verity) и можно перезагружаться туда-сюда.

There should be a folder, it doesn't matter which one.
Please check instructions how to access folders in TWRP.

In twrp go advanced and abd sideload
Open a commad prompt on PC where the rom is and use
adb sideload (rom file name include extension)

In Android pie (Mi6) system startup time disappeared from settings. Do you know where can I find it or is there a chance to take it back? It is useful to know how long the phone runs without restart.

Install CPU-Z , you can read the system time there.

Yeah, that's it,
Just download it and use fastboot to boot it or flash it.
For boot: fastboot boot file.name
For flash: fastboot flash recovery file.name

AFAIK the TWRP boot problem is related to display driver in Android 9 for 6X, and not ARB4. For flashing beta ROM just boot/flash pitchblack and then follow the first post steps, just instead of TWRP, consider you PitchBlack for your case.

Pay attention: factory reset by PB will change your file system of data partition, set it back to EXT4 after factory reset.

My phone read otg but i cant transfer files into it.

My device is redmi note 6 pro.
