Flash Rom only, reboot.Same thing for me, with mi6
Thanks for your message, but now i cant. Not have pcFlash Rom only, reboot.
Reboot into fastboot, flash recovery
Now flash magisk.
Issue solved?
Sent from my MI 8 Explorer Edition
This can only be solved from Magisk side. It is not rom related.Message for the team:
Will the problem of restarting with magisk be solved in a short time, or do you recommend returning to a stable and working version?
Thanks
By flashing TWRP recovery you don't lose anythingI use xiaomi phones for long time.. But i forgot if i loose data if i flash recovery or not its the only question i have made! If dont i go directly to adb if not.. I will do a backup of photos into laptop
Everytime there is an update I see people complaining that they stuck on bootloop, or lost TWRP.
Don't get me wrong but I never had any problems. Coming from HTC phones the last 7 years I must say that Xiaomi.eu ROM is very very simple to update.
First of all you need to understand that these are BETA ROMs and are bound to have issues. That's a risk you take.
Secondly if you are here, it means you unlocked your bootloader, flashed a custom recovery and have basic knowledge on flashing roms.
So as a rule, DO NOT use the updater to flash the ROM when it's released. Download it, but don't install it yet
Boot into recovery and take a nandroid backup. This is 99% of the update process. If you do that, then you can restore back to the previous version in case of any problems
Sorry for the long post but I needed to say my piece.
Thanks

Help me.
After install update via twrp in to xiaomi mi 9.. Rebooted to system... And cant Enter again to twrp! Keeps booting to system...
If i reflash recovery via adb i loose my photos and vídeos? Personal data?
Just an addition: for weekly updates I never made a "clean flash".Everytime there is an update I see people complaining that they stuck on bootloop, or lost TWRP.

wipe clean. and reinstall.Well. First thank for the android pie for my Mi6.
Second the camera is completely broken.
The sock camera doesn't shoot anything because asks for the SD card.
Other problem is that the phone system wide, thinks it has an SD card installed, so some apps don't even open.
The camera is completely broken too.
Thank you anyway, for the hard work.
