The latest update for the Mi Max 2 doesn't install. The process hangs in TWRP. I've had to install last week's update to get my phone to boot. If any users have successfully managed to install the latest update please post here.
 
I can't access a-gps setting. My phone is Mi8 Explorer.

updater dont work. previous version also dont work. after flashing it show menthe right version but as soon as i go intonupdater it shows that im on stable version.

No, you couldn't. Not on our ROMs. The Region setting wasn't available for a long long time, and you have no reason to touch it.

We don't care what buttons they use on Global ROM. We use China ROM as base, hence expect to get China ROM aesthetics.

Hi great update , just the only issue im having (not a big deal ) is the app vault date and time doesn't show in mi 8, just informing so yea. Anyone having the same problem?
 
Can anyone confirm please if Mobile Data works in this release?
On MiMax3 it is broken in last two releases. Work just in 9.1.17.

Thanks for your continuous efforts with the ROM!

I had the same set of issues as some of the folks in the thread though.

Phone is Xiaomi Mi 8.

Google Play Store was renamed into Leaks (?) and was constantly crashing.
Settings App was renamed as well and showed a message "this setting is restricted" within the app.
Messages app was constantly crashing.
Security app got renamed into something equally weird etc.

But I deleted the package_cache folder according to the piece of advice given above and all seems to be ok now.

I downloaded the update with ADM then went into recovery, flashed the rom and the SuperU. Everything is fine
 
hello im using MI 8 SE, i wanna update but i noticed that when i wanna boot to TWRP recovery my phone stuck at MI logo with unlocked screen, is this mean my TWRP is gone? how do i resolve this?
