Mi5 is back from the dead??? i've recived OTA update for it... long time no see an update.. thought it was dead for life!

Strange, did receive notification to update to 9.2.21 but do not see here any post/topic and I cannot download the update.

Unluckily, and I have no idea how is this possible, I do not have that option in dev settings. My device is polaris too, just dirty flashed from previous build:
