App info -> Permissions...
Those permissions are needed to get the app working:
* Send SMS messages
* Send MMS messages
* Read SMS messages
* Service SMS
* Read MMS messages

I have the same issues. This
update is a mess for MI 9 SE devices (grus)
Any solution? Is it possible to downgrade to 9.10.31 (last bug-free version) without data reset?
None of those problems on my Mi 9 SE. Only a bit of screen flickering when unlocking/locking above a certain brightness percentage, 5ghz hotspot not working and the double tap feature to wake sometimes doesn't work (double tap to lock works every time). Other than that, runs great

I found 2 problem on k20 pro:
1 - Clone Apps don't work properly, pokemon go have problem with gps and others apps don't gain storage access.
2 - Notification bar disappear sometimes, image bellow:

Now, someone knows how i remove the battery icon, leaving only the text like image bellow:
Could be add this option in future updates.

Hi... its tthe same on my MI9. Never happend before. I dont know the reason.
Install any *.apk and after installing it is deleted ....
Mix 3 user.
After I upgraded, my "swiftly switch" can not run correctly.
It looks running smoothly and everything smooth, but no response when I click on the app icon in swiftly switch.
like the attach file, it looks run everything correct, but , in fact, there is no any response.
see my screenshot, after I clicking the "line" there is no response.
the last available version is 10.31, after that version are all unavailable.

mi mix 3 , after this update
play store is extremly slow , it takes 1-3h to update an app
I had the same issue before, after done a factory reset, my play store get well again.

now the problem solved. i am on Orange fox R10 Recovery with latest Xiaomi.eu build 9.12.5

it is just an option on apk installation screen (beacuse of new package installer) that said "delete installation package...etc" and you must set it off
So... On my Mi 8 Lite with latest MIUI 11 based on Android 10 I'm facing a bunch of bugs like camera freezes, launcher freezes, some bugs with apps like WhatsApp (it can't access camera without an error, it messes up with the sound while recording, etc)... Once I faced the weird system loading while device was already turned on. I scrolled through file manager and phone unexpectedly showed me the loading screen and started to boot again. Also first 5 seconds after booting it shows 0% of battery...
I believe everything would be fixed soon anyway
But the most annoying thing is that I can't launch any of *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* mods even with activated Camera 2 API... At least I think it's activated because test shows me Level 3 bit nothing works anyway.

After 3-day use on Mi8:
- heavy battery drain
- Waze always asks to allow GPS even if GPS is on and permissions are OK
- App store download very slow
- Encdroid app (if someone uses it) FC
- Auto bright in dark environment hasn't worked since the first release, I think

Thanks for the good work. Why my phone model changed from "Mi 9T Pro" to "Redmi K20 Pro" ? How can I get my phone model back? The watermark of the photos has also changed!
