feel free to delete the TWRP-Image from the 9.12.12 Firmware and install it ...

- open the firmware zip-file (winrar, Total Commander ...)
- look for the directory "recovery" in the root folder
- and delete "twrp.img" in the "recovery" directory
- save the firmware zip-file
- copy the firmware zip-file to your phone
- install the firmware with "orangefox"

Then the TWRP-Update will be history :)
package_extract_file("recovery/twrp.img", "/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/recovery");

On my MI9 I`m using Synology Moments to view my photos/videos from my NAS and until previous miui beta was working fine. Now when I`'m trying to view a video, I have a popup with download .cgi link and not direct streaming like before. I cleared defaults but is not working. Is not even asking me to select a video player to play.

If I choose to download, the downloaded video name is entry.cgi. Can I revert to previous build without loosing data?

It's the Google Play downloading forever issue. Several of us have this problem.
Right now I have blocked for 10 minutes (draining battery).

Yes, it is clear that this release has caused many issues. My advice would be to revert to the last working release. I am on a violet device miui 9.9.3 apart from not being able to cast video from the Netflix app and not being able to press the back button when playing a video in full screen.I have no issues

Notifications bar shows incomplete letters the bottm part of letters is cutted in facebook notifications only
any suggestions?? Note 8

Help me!

Is the dialer, contacts, messages in this rom the original miui? Do you have a picture?

I have on Mi Max 3 there is a problem with recording calls, the duration of all calls shows 4-5 seconds and the file is silent, some calls are recorded from the middle and incomplete. Anyone else have this problem?

You say to open recovery and delete the twrp.img. If delete all the recovery file?

And what you mean with that?
package_extract_file("recovery/twrp.img", "/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/recovery");

Hi, I have problem with AOD. It started to work incorrectly from 09.12.5. AOD doesn't work in darkness at all. Earlier AOD turned off in darkness after while , but now it doesn't appear all time. Does anyone have the same problem? Maybe it's not problem, maybe it's a feature?
Phone Mi9se.

You delete all the folder, or only the twrp inside? Why you format data it's your first eu rom installation?
And there is not need to wipe nothing more if you format the data.

Yes I have read that and on my phone happens the same. I want to ask you delete all the recovery folder or only the twrp inside? And have you flash the rom with the deleted file?
