It looks like a encription issue. If you you have a backup or if you not need any data, do a "format data", wipe data, wipe cache/dalvik, and try flash again. When you do a format data, your internal storage will be wiped, you will need to copy again the new flashable zip.

present installed TWRP can NOT decrypt your data partition and install is failing.
May be another TWRP release is available and will do the job.
If it is the latset one you must format data before installing the rom.

Puh, whatever you did to the system font broke almost everything, my keyboard, my launcher..

The only help was to use 3rd party font which isn't nice but at least I can use my device again

Problems with the installation. It restarts in twrp, there is no data in internal memory Mi 9

You need to format, that happens if you switch from stable to weekly or from a different rom
