Yep and you in it Just check the OP.
installation via TWRP:
- Download zip to internal storage
- Updater - Menu (...) - Reboot to Recovery
- Install - Select zip
- Reboot
- Done

Im not able to root the phone with the new update. If i flash magisk, i run into boot loop.

Try to disable modules.

I still wonder what some people do, which cause them bootloop with magisk, without modules. You sure you disabled all the modules? It's "dot". You may try to remove them at all.

For clean install you must FORMAT(not wipe) data. Don't wipe system. You can use adb push or usb-c flash drive to put the ROM into the device storage if you don't have memory card slot.
