Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 can't turn on wifi after turn on and turn off airplane mode. All the other things seem to be ok

Had same problem with bluetooth on mi8EE, see post 260...

Hello guys, can you tell me how to install 9.10.24 xiaomi.eu(Android 10) over MIUI global 10.2.30 Stable(Android 9) on a Xiaomi Mi 9 6/64?
Thanks in advance. One friend of mine put his faith in me for this issue and I don't want to dissapoint him. I don't have such an phone and I don't want to give wrong advices. He already applied for bootloader unlock yesterday.

For this new version to work properly, I made a clean flash on my Mi 9 SE from version 9.10.17 to version 9.10.24.

I noticed that friends who have Magisk are having problems. I have not seen advantages to root the mobile phone for those who use it in common. Do not go in the "wave" of who is doing, I did not go, did well. Remember, my opinion, I'm not forcing anyone to follow what I did.

Since installing Xiaomi.eu ROM, it had been flashing dirty. As now changed to android 10, I decided to make clean flash, which solved all the problems, and took the opportunity to change the TWRP to version 3.3.1-10.

I hope this short report serves as a "North" for those with minor update issues.

I found solution from previous version of MIUI which work for me for now...
Solution:
You have to put the phone in airplane mode, reboot to recovery, wipe ART/Dalvik and Cache and reboot, afterwards BT works.

Battery drain is much better than last version. Have now even in the evening 55% battery instead of 30% for the same use.

now i cant ,downloaded 9.10.24
it reboots , but its now showing the insert password to decrypt

how to fix ? thank u

Here is a screenshot, which shows how my facebook notifications look like. It doesnt show the full detail, so I dont know what notification it is. Sometimes I can drag open them to see the detail, but more often its just like this. Is this normal, is there some setting to change it for the better or its a bug?
I have Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 with MUI eu 11.

Nope. The issue occured since 9.10.17. Already reported it as a bug via Messenger app.

but it does not as for password anymore
so everything is crypted , and cannot update
