Is your phone properly unlocked?
Did you use appropriate version of TWRP?
If both are affirmative, just give it enough time to boot up.
The Bluetooth issue continues on mi mix 3, other than that the rom is great.

Unlocked and already has TWRP installed. It stuck on TWRP logo, not Mi logo

Yes, try install fresh twrp over fastboot and wipe dalvic cache, cache and data. If its not build problem your issues is solved.

We don't have any TWRP '(yet?) supporting android10 and a full CLEAN install is required.
