This is a serious BUG.
I reported already in the bug section.

This doesn't affect daily use but it is a serious security issue.

Seems to have been caused by another wifi problem, works now.

(0 upload speed when the screen turns off on the Max1 with hotspot running.)

Since Mi Max 3 upgraded to Pie, I can't install Magisk anymore. Using TWRP v3.2.3-4

Where did you get that build from?
Latest TWRP for Nitrogen is 3.2.3-0

Settings -> Lock screen & password -> Advanced -> Double tap to sleep

Update : problem was solving via disable notch notification mode from miui globe.
How are you about idea for enable this mode in xiaomi.eu rom's?

Nope. Should not have bought a device with the dreaded notch.
And please, if you're using third-party mods, don't report bugs here at all.
