Thanks, but thats the basic way, i already tried and this didnt work too me becuase i had to install the china stock first otherwise i wasnt able to install twrp :/

Where are you reading this information?This version doesn't update preferences for european networks on my Mi 8, both SIMs info report LTE/TD-SCDMA/UMTS chinese preference instead of LTE-UMTS AUTO (PRL) or LTE/ WCDMA. There is no TD-SCDMA in Europe, and being it first in 3G priority makes it hopefully roam for it, possibly using battery. This is a similar problem that exists in Global ROM I believe, and after reboot it returns to default values.

Someone help me?!!I use bluetooth headphone on mi 8 se, all music player ( miui, pi music,...) stop when lock screen.
Then unlock screen i still can not hear anything althought music is playing.
All music apps set auto start, no restrictions in background...

The default mode in all miui releases when set to "LTE preferred" seems to be configured for China. This is causing additional battery drain and signal loss during lte>3g handover
The default setting used to be different in earlier miui versions (global / td-scdma)

In your test for Redmond Note 4X I would caution against comparing the "out" and "back" routes, despite driving the same physical route.In the case of the MI8 it does appear otherwise. I guess there's a baseband issue that's amplified by the network mode setting.
I'm aware that the handover is largely controlled by the mobile provider.
I ran a little test today to find out if other devices handle it better and it does appear to be so. Mido battery drain with LTE/WCDMA and LTE/TD-SCDMA/UMTS was exactly the same.
But the cell signal history wasn't...
Redmi Note 4X, Xiaomi.eu 9.5, 70km Highway drive with Waze and internet music stream running, fixed display brightness. Same route in both tests, just opposite directions - hence me flipping 2nd signal history in the following screenshot:
I ran a similiar test on my MI 8 a week ago and there were massive differences in battery drain and signal history...like I said I think MI 8 has a baseband issue. Cell standby drain seems to be unusually high.

During my work in RF & RAN Optimisation, I see many situations like this caused by incorrect neighbour definitions, particularly with UMTS and it's SIB11 list limitations, and the H/O priority settings in the neighbour definitions.
Also I do not know the source of the cell signal history data - I assume where there is "grey" bar, the phone had no signal at all? Could you confirm that with a "Network Signal Guru" trace file?
There may well be a fundamental issue with the baseband for the Mi8, as the only time the network search list should look to the basic phone settings is when the phone is initially powered up (after manufacturing or a full "clean" flash.
Stronger signal does not necessarily mean better battery life - in many areas with "strong signal" there is often high interference (both uplink and downlink), which has many negative consequences for device battery usage.I am not expert, but better network signal = better battery life always. Perhaps is not that perceptible. You can try changing between options and check the signal strength (minor number better)
