Me neither, but I did a dirty flash from 8.8.22 to 8.8.30, like I always do cause for me it's to annoyng make a clean instalation every weekend, but I never had problems with dirty flash in the previous versions.

I'm not sure if is the youtube that is draining my battery away , even just one video with 5 min in 720 60fps was enough to decrease 5%. Because the prints below doesn't seem show that.

Here I have 2h31 SOT with 31% left, but I still feel that is draining fast.

Does the android system always shows that high percentage?

Actually i didnt pay attention in this before, my phone now is with 97% i will see when it gets around 30%~20% how much is the percentage of android system and post a print here. Your 5h8min SOT is very good.

Can you tell me how is your battery life? Mine is draining fast with this version, perhaps it's my imagination but I can't get to the end of the day without recharge at least one time, usually I could.

PS: I'm using my MI5 like I always do and started to detect this since upgrade to this version.

I have a redmi note 5 pro. With 8.23 i had about 60% battery left at the end of the day.
With 8.30 i am down to 15%. Went back to bin 8.23 for now.

I have an Mi 8 phone and the GPS was not working with 8.8.9 rom version
Now everything is perfect!

I have found a mistake in the table though (in the top of the topic) that mention that 8.8.30 rom version for Mi 8 is based on Android 9 version but after flashing the rom and checking the preference, Android 8.1 is shown.

Hi, Guys. I liked this new version. I have a MI8 SE. But I'm having a problem. When I take the picture in landscape mode the camera always save in vertical mode. Is there any thing to do to fix this? Every time when I take a picture in landscape I have to edit it to put it in landscape mode. This is very anoying.
The picture attached is a example. I took it in landscape. As you can see, even the water mark is in the wrong place.

The first thing that I did (it did not work). But the problem is not a rotation in the screen. The problem is the camera in landscape mode is taking shots in vertical mode.

The table is up-to-date, next beta for MI 8 is 9.0. Same goes for MI MIX 2S.

There is a simple way to fix the issue: you deactivate the dual applications that you have, you restart and they are no longer there. Now you can re-activate applications that you have duplicated

This method works. The only downside is you have to uninstall dual apps and all data lost.
Maybe there is some way to backup? Idk

Devs hi!

On mi mix 2 i noticed that under
additional settings - developer settings

When i try to set bluetooth codec properties, doesnt matter what bitrate/channel/codec, everytime i go out of the settings it comes back to default setting and does not keep the values i chose.

Can this issue be fixed?

I have aptx hd enabled earphone but the settings always go back to default

Help would be appreciated
