Where does it come from? Official (downloadable) Dev is on 6.0 for Redmi 4X.

Hy guys, where can I find the last ROM for "dior - Redmi Note 4G/LTE - Single Sim" ? On "Miui.com" the last version is (MIUI8) 7.6.8 (Global and China). Thank you!

7-6-29 is very good on Redmi 4x (HM4X)
The battery drain perhaps a bit higher than with global stable 6.0 base, but that is all sofar in that direction.
Auto-Brightness for display is buggy, as also some others wrote, but if switched auto-brightness I can use the phone until it is fixed.
GPS, MTP, rooting, smooth, reactive, baseband, ... all works great.

on mido 7.6.29 shows much slower fingerprint response, anybody noticed ?

Unfortunately that is Android 6 so we won't get that update still. Hope there would be android 7 release soon.

an option to remove the search bar in the notificationbar would be nice, a toggle between 2g 3g 4g in the quicksettings, option to always extend notifications, changing brightness by swiping the status bar (along goes an option to remove the brightness slider in the notification area), setting default volume to media or ringer (volume that changes with the volume buttons)

For anyone who used to have VoLTE and it missing I have found some fix.
Go to Setting>>Type "Region" in search bar of setting apps>>Choose region "United States".
Done! VoLTE Setting back for me (Carrier - AIS Thailand)
PS. LTE icon will show as 4G icon

Of course, the volte options will return as they do not have xiaomi does not support volte outside chinese and india

VoLTE works at you for sure because it stayed on 4G while calling. Great!VoLTE icon show and still on 4G when calling.
