Go to fastboot mode, download twrp image, copy it to your fastboot folder. Open cmd, type: fastboot devices to see if your mi5 is detected by fastboot.
Type: fastboot flash recovery name.img
then just enter your recovery and you will see twrp

Yeah i just unlok, but i never install it via fastboot. With my mi4 i always install TRWP with Flashify.. So i am scared to brick my mi5 with fastboot XD Can you link a guide for it?

I noticed that the consumption with ROM 6.4.21 in standby on my phone is definitely very good. Since I installed the ROM, 5.20 hours standby, 30 minutes SOT, total consumption 4%
