People who bricked their MI5!!!
Did you install Supersu after update?wich version?
Cleaned cache/dalvik before or after Supersu install?
i'm following the video and now the pc recognize the phone, so it worksIDK if that works, you need to open the phone anyways, this update should't be realeased anyways if it ******* bricks your phone.
So, I updated to latest TWRP, rebooted, checked if it was the right version. (Mi5 32 GB)
Then installed the new ROM, wiped cache/Dalvik
Installed Super SU v2.78 SR5
Rebooted.... and black screen, cannot boot, even on recovery.
So yeah, be careful

1)Updated TWRP and checked?
2)Did you install Supersu after update?wich version?
3)Cleaned cache/dalvik before or after Supersu install?
4)Did you try to boot MIUI before installing supersu (wiped cache/dalvik?)
Hum, I've always done it that way, because otherwise it messes up with the ROM when it boots. I'll try again without when I can find a usb C cableIt's not safe flash supersu before the rom starts first, in previous roms if we flash supersu just after flashed the rom whitout a reboot system, supersu simply doesn't work, but with nougat seems that bricks our devices too.
