1° Previamente, tenía instalado el TWRP v2.8.6.0 y una ROM Developer

2° Desde el propio menú de actualización de MIUI, he seleccionado el .zip

3° Se te reiniciará automáticamente, y tras entrar el sólo en el TWRP, proseguirá el flasheo.

En total, son unos 10 minutos

mi principal problema es que no se como instalar el TWRP, ando un poco perdido =S

Es muy sencillo
Esto es lo que deberías hacer:

1° Tener un ROM Developer o una ROM con Root hecho

2° Instalé la app "Rashr - Flash Tool"

3° Le das permisos root a la APP

4° Abres la aplicación, seleccionas el fichero .img del recovery TWRP y listo

Con esto, ya podrás flashear cualquier ROM sin problemas sustituyendo al recovery Stock

Hi, i've had an accident while installing this ROM in Xiaomi Mipad.
I did all the wipes (including data), in CWM recovery. Then everything seems normal when clicking install zip but 2 mins later one error message appears:
Error in.... /route of the .zip/...

Any idea?

This version work excellent on redmi note 3g. It seems snappier then before. It needs some time to measure battery life.
I just flashed new rom over miui 6 from 8.6 with twrp and clear caches, and it works out great.

Is there any other way to disable the "prevent pocket dials" other than having to turn off my lock screen pattern so then the switch becomes highlighted? Ive come from v5 with full wipes on redmi 1.

I followed your tip, but after I had to update again my Mi4 by "choose an update package" (did it two times, one for each partition). this because the first issue didn't work.

Do not disturb function don't work after miui 7 upgrade ( now I've ROM 5.8.27 on Xiaomi mi4LTE).
