On my 13 Pro (NUWA) almost every app crashes and a popup appears with Google Play Services crashes.
Are your personal files gone after windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat ?

Yes all files will be deleted. I suggest making a backup first to avoid data loss

if open twrp you can flash in the twrp. if not open twrp and open fastboot mode flash twrp than flash in twrp

BTW this shortcuts isn't be translated to hungarian, only english. For me doesnt affect, but good to know

I'm waiting for the dev for the Xiaomi 12, but I've seen a lot of comments about them doing the dirty update.
to be able to get all the resources and everything works almost at 100% and avoid crashes and some bugs that sometimes have nothing to do with the system, whenever there is a new miui or new android update, a clean update must be done, this is mine opinion because I already use dev .I use dev china for many years and I concluded that doing a dirty update when there is a new miui or new android is a mistake.

Yeah, it's a mix of English and Dutch for me too. But no big deal indeed. Not that i can remember, seems to be the same in terms of customisation.

Files are offline. Read this thread and you will find out that there were problems with crashing apps and google play services.

Thanks for the feedbacks. I stopped my download via Android OS Update due to the problems with crashing apps and Google Play Services. I will stay on previous version and wait for the fix. Thanks again guys!

ROM for Xiaomi 13 is offline due to problems with crashing apps and google play services.

Which script did you use for downgrade? Also try different USB Ports and cables when flashing..

Yes, its a bug, change notification style from MIUI to Android, you will see at least the grey ones correct.
