ok This just worked for me. thank you so much. The update was just completed. Thank you guys so much. What an amazing and helpful community.
This may help, if there is a active twrp installed, but i have only the miui with chinese characters left and i have no idea what i can do

My Device is Mi 11 Pro (Mars) with the latest weekly.
Just want to make sure everything is correct before I start the update to prevent fastboot stuck.

Download TWRP: twrp-3.7.0_12-v6.6_A13-mars-skkk.img
rename it to twrp.img
fastboot devices
fastboot boot twrp.img

flash the new weekly zip file and reboot.

My device don't have to use fastboot flash recovery_ab twrp.img, correct?
Please anyone with 11 Pro/ 11 Ultra confirm the steps? Thank you

Can you provide a link to the correct TWRP for POCO F3?
There have been two posts on this forum already:
twrp-3.7.0_12-v6.6_A13-zeus-skkk.img
and
twrp-3.7.0_12-v6.6_A13-alioth-skkk.img
However, I'm not sure if they really refer to POC F3.

Have you tried
fastboot boot twrp.img?
maybe Mi11, 11Pro, 11Ultra don't have to use recovery_ab command

Recovery roms are the way to go in my opinion. Once set up you don't need a PC anymore, no driver related issues, no cable or USB port problems. It's just super comfortable to update directly on the phone.

The installation on my cupid (Xiaomi 12) went smoothly, no problems at all.

I updated the TWRP to the latest one (just use the install image option in twrp), rebooted again to recovery and was able to install the newest ROM without any issues.

A huge "thank you" to the dev team, you're doing a great job!

I have installed twrp A13 i have downloaded the ROM and saved it in the phone memory. But when i go to recovery to install i cant find the ROM file. in recovery i found only Mount SDCard and Memory about 60GB. I can't find the downloaded ROM file anywhere in recovery. How do I see the downloaded ROM file in recovery? Thanks.

Don´t know what happened, after installing twrp again the error warning still remains, but i coud boot into twrp, it was installed in opposite to the warning and i could install the new weekly successful. But i prefer the fastboot method, because i´ve never had errors in this way.

When I get to fastboot set_active a doesn't pick it up and I can't reboot the phone. Is there any way to reboot after flashing TWRP?
Code:
fastboot erase misc
fastboot set_active a
fastboot reboot recovery

Try it like me, install the new twrp again and ignore the error warning. Maybe it is also installed. Type in cmd after installation fastboot boot twrp.img (if you have renamed the long name to twrp, otherwise you have to use the long name instead of twrp.img).

After the 3rd installation of this twrp it worked at least, but the error warning remains in cmd. Don´t know why, but i could boot in the new wrp and install the weekly successful. It´s a mistery :)
Yes it's a usb connection issue. Happened to me too

So i have done on my 11pro ( in fastboot, fastboot boot twrp.img ) . It was only one time necessary to boot again into twrp and the installation of the rom was fine

Code:
fastboot erase misc
fastboot set_active a
fastboot reboot recovery
If reboot via fastboot failed, try this:
unplug your devices, turn off by holding volume up AND down and power button, restart in recovery via volume up and power
