Fixed :
- DPI Setting (Mi 11) more than 411 (from Dev settings) has been also fixed, you can add your values 480+ and it's not resetted on reboot.
Bug :
- New "Health" replacement app called Mi Fitness crash in Cardio Rate category, but it's the app, also crash on MIUI 13 Stable Untouched.
So basically, keep your old Health app

I have a "Mi 11"
I first tried to update my phone from 22.3.16 to 22.3.23, but unfortunally it didn't work. It bootlooped to recovery no matter what I did or pressed. I downgraded back to 22.3.16 and made a backup. I installed 22.3.23 completely clean. So I wiped the data and installed it with the first_install.bat. It worked, but suddenly after 2 days (today) it simply restarted itself and booted the recoverymode. No I have the same problem from before. What can I do now?

ii If I have the stable version of xiaomi.eu 13 installed, can I update to the beta version 22.3.23?

I recommend you to stay on the 22.3.16 release, maybe in the next update errors will be fixed. Same here with Mi 10T Lite, as i mentioned above.
Same here on Mix 4. Notifications are still delayed and big WLAN/LTE speed issues in messengers and browser since the last 3 versions. You must turn off/on LTE or WLAN and then you will get new notifications for some short time.
Your words are convincing bro, but I was just asking is it possible use search function in English on the THEME app

Sure, it just doesn't work that great, and don't expect to see themes from the Global channel.
Was already answered - yes, at least at the moment.

I installed the beta version 22.3.23 on my Xiaomi 11 Lite 5g ne, but I have the following error: "permissions failed". this error appears every 5 minutes. Is there any solution?

Permission app issues - clear data & cache
-> Settings > apps > manage apps > click "show all apps" from top right menu
-> Search for permissions
