Ok. Long story short the developer team doesn't support disabling Miui optimization.
If you want that, you need root and disable manually with a prop. Good luck.

The search function seems to be messed up after the forum upgrade.
Disabling miui optimization was only a recommendation from vanced...not a requirement so you can install and use vanced without disabling MIUI optimization.
I use YouTube vanced also
I think miui optimization is already deactivated in this ROM.
To install YouTube vanced you only need to download vanced manager's apk in its official page, install it and in the app you have to install vamced micro g first and then YouTube vanced.

está horrivel no meu xiami mi 10, bateria perdeu muito a eficiencia praticamente perdeu 3 horas de tela ativa, nao consigo usar launcher de terceiro em modo tela infinita, modo escuro está pessimo nao recomendo atualizar
it's horrible on my xiami mi 10, battery lost a lot of efficiency practically lost 3 hours of active screen, i can't use third party launcher in infinite screen mode, dark mode is terrible i don't recommend updating

I have a issue with gmail app. I don't get any sound notification about a new email in the gmail application. Only the notification without sound.
I cleared app memory, checked gmail notifications, system notifications and system sounds, reinstall app.
I have this problem since the last version and have a mi9. How to fix it?

I must disagree with the above comment about it being horrible. From my point of view, the ROM is just getting better. Yes - there is the occasional hiccup, but, after all, this is a beta ROM. Everything that I use seems to be working correctly, including the Dark mode (except still the Weather Superwallpaper is not reacting to the weather!).
As I always say, battery consumption is down to how the individual wants to put their own settings - balancing what they want to stay active against how they want to conserve power and how they want to use the phone.
I am still getting an excellent consumption. After getting <1% per hour overnight (as shown here), with several long phone calls, and fairly careful usage, I was able to get over 55 hours usage, with still 25% remaining. I had to stop there because I was going out and needed to recharge the phone.
