Thanks dude, Worked!Hello,
To fix dual apps feature: Go in phone's settings => "Apps" => "Dual apps" => Click the settings icon in the top right corner -> "Delete dual apps' accounts"
Your device will automatically reboot and you can try to create dual apps now.

Do you regularly 'tidy up' before installing each weekly ROM? e.g. clear phone memory; run cleaner; clear recents; clear Dalvik; clear cache; delete /data/system/package_cache folder?I Flashed dirty via OTG on the 20.3.7.
My mi 10 started up just fresh! No apps like a clean Flashed Phone! My files still there without any apps installed! All Gone but the real problem is the dual apps, whenever I turn on any apps, the phone restarts!
You really are suffering with your Gallery, and now your charging problems.OK, I ~don't want to become annoying, but this "charging ai" is becoming unbearable. It's ~just annoying bloat. I ~know.. Xiaomi just forced it to us, but it made the charging soo slow that a night ~wasn't enough to charge it to even 35%! It's really causing problems and overheats my phone (~8hours with the cpu at about 60C isn't very good). Could you please add a switch or somthing for it, like you did with the fonts?
Also there's the gallery consuming huge amounts of power worsening the situation even more...
PS. Till I post this message my phone lost ~4%..
EDIT: Turns out gallery probably caused the bighest issue. Deeting its data temporarily disabled it and now it charges well and the system has cooled down.
Hmm, yeah, that's probably what I'll end up doing which would probably be very time consuming... But I'd like to try ~anyother option before doing this.. Hm, I might do factory reset and see if the app will continue consuming power. If not, I might resotre a nandroid, do a full backup (without internal storage) and factory reset (it ~doesn't delete data, right?).You really are suffering with your Gallery, and now your charging problems.
Just after installing the latest ROM, I took a screenshot of the battery just as my phone 'rested'. It behaved exactly as I expected, as you can see.
With the charging, this is also strange behaviour that I have not experienced. I use mainly two rates to charge: the fast wireless, if I need a quick boost; or my 'trickle' Fastboot connection. I can also easily use the phone at the same time as the Fastboot charging. My phone seems to respond as expected.
If I were in your position, as a last resort, I would do as complete a backup as possible with Titanium (and anything else) and do a Factory restore through TWRP. I would then be able to progressively restore apps and data, monitoring as necessary.
Thanks for the link. There's an answer to the battery drain problem. Key phrase: It compiles applications into the most efficient code for its processor.
There is an answer to this problem:MI 9. The problem with the battery. For 1 (one) hour, the loss of energy is 12%.
Yes - the TWRP Factory restore should not touch your files, and that would certainly leave your options open. Another slightly more drastic one would be to do a full Stock ROM install, and then go through the process of getting your backup restored. That would give you a clean basis. I've had to do that a couple of times recently testing the TWRP!Hmm, yeah, that's probably what I'll end up doing which would probably be very time consuming...
