Hi, are SIM and mobile data's restart on Mi 11 fixed??

Nope, still have this issue sinds the last 3/4 weeks.
Mobile data lost and reconnects, phone reboot about 1 time a day and Gmail is very laggy.

Try older versions of these apps until you find one that works fine (obviously there's not much you can do for Play Store).
For example, the last version of Gmail that works properly is this one:

Try find those golden versions for Google Maps as well...

I have Mi10Pro, and did fastboot update coming from previous weekly rom.
Not sure if this has been reported yet, but Google Maps closes automatically after 15 minutes or so each time. Tried reinstalling, clear data, rebooting and install again, but same issue happens. Last week was ok. Is this a known issue?

Check if the app has the right to use Wifi and mobile data. In my case this was the cause.

Correct, since it was installed manually, internet usage permissions have to be granted manually.
