Hi I just flashed MIUI 12.1 by xiaomi.eu 20.8.13 it appears I have only 3GB available out of 6 GB. is this normal? when i was in Global ROM I have 3.5 GB available comes with running apps in the background.

My goodness, looks like you don't know what you are saying. Of course it is supported, with stable ROM, since it is a global device and does not get Chinese weekly at all.

Thank you for your reply! So is it technical issue only related to my mobile or something wrong with the system/ROM or anything else? Cuz it happened after I switched from Global stable to Xiaomi.eu MIUI 12 Roms.

Make a backup, start twrp, format data, install your lovely rom

You have installed the new rom, it was easy or? The steps are the same, only format data is recommend. You can try a dirty flash, install the old rom over the new one. Perhaps you have luck…

It appeared that I had a new update to do and I clicked ok.
From then on my cell phone was muted. I cannot listen to music or watch videos cause the sound has disappeared.

Yeah it's technical issue only related to your phone and nothing's wrong with your system/ROM. I thought that everyone knows about AMOLED displays image retention and burn in but apparently not everyone knows about it. AMOLED is prone to that issues if you keep brightness high and it usually happens with keyboard, navigation/status bar or some elements of app you use most often.
This issue was worse on earlier AMOLEDs but can happen to modern AMOLED too but to a lesser degree.
