0 = code for "no error returned"
I also noticed that after the update, the sync button is still missing. Thought the update log said it's been restored in this update?

Tap on the top-right icon in Control Center to edit shorcuts, you will see "Sync" button in 'available shortcuts'.I also noticed that after the update, the sync button is still missing. Thought the update log said it's been restored in this update?

After applying the Universal path (and reinstall or not ) the new ROM I am still booting into TWRP instead of system.You should reinstall "FDE" or reinstall the "disable encryption" thing to be able to boot I think...
But better to "Format Data" (clean install) and don't remove encryption...
EDIT: My thread about K20 to Mi 9T conversion patch => https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/redmi-k20-to-mi-9t-conversion-patch-miui-11-12-android-10.54074/
No... available via "Edit" button too.Oh... Only in New Control center and not in old quick settings? Sad. Am using quick settings.
Edit : found the golden sync button available to be added after tapping on edit of quick settings. My bad. Sorry.
You should disable "zip signature verification" option in your TWRP... should be disabled by default.After applying the Universal path (and reinstall or not ) the new ROM I am still booting into TWRP instead of system.
BTW the zip verification of universal displays an error. Maybe this is normal, I dont know.
I am accepting to lose everything and reinstall all. But not sure how to proceed at this current stage. Could you show me the steps (any guide at any page?)?
Thanks
Fixed. Thank you.Thanks a lot for this update, so far everything is working great! Mi 9
P.S.: found a little mistake, there's an f instead of a v in preferred network type setting

Thank you a lot mate!!You should disable "zip verification" option in your TWRP... should be disabled by default.
You only need to "Format Data" in TWRP (in "Wipe" menu => "Format Data" button then type "yes" to format) then "Reboot" menu > "Recovery".
After the reboot to TWRP, you can put xiaomi.eu ROM in phone's storage and install it.
We already change Redmi K20 to Mi 9T, including in build.prop, boot logo and boot animation...You should reinstall "FDE" or reinstall the "disable encryption" thing to be able to boot I think...

Not happening on my Mi 8.Good evening on the Mi8 with the latest rom activating Bluetooth on its own. Is it a bug or does it need some adjustment?
And you'll keep seeing Chinese because it's the Chinese themes store. The global one is pathetic in comparison when it comes to features. It's dynamic online content. The text is auto-translated, but the icons/images are not possible to translate.Im still seeing Chinese characters on the theme store..and also can't load or open theme link from Xhuti, Xiaomi,com..
This has been answered already. The answer is still 'no'. We're based on China ROM, but we are not China ROM.Hello, I would like to know if there is a way, for me to leave the settings the same as the Chinese MIUI, with the mi account above, if I could manually change the app for the permissions, changing the settings apk? if you have a form I thank you, thank you!

That's nice! Didn't know about edited "build.prop".We already change Redmi K20 to Mi 9T, including in build.prop, boot logo and boot animation...
Battery lifetime is ok, just at little annoyed with system UI crashAny other non pleasant issue w/ the latest weekly? such as battery consumption comparing miui 11 ?
anyone having problem with rooting (Magisk 20.4) - Mi 9 Lite?
After dirty flashing newest ROM, when I try to install Magisk in TWRP it says error - cannot mount system/

"If there was a problem with the network type they use, you wouldn't be even able to connect to your 4G/LTE network. Like, at all. "
That is not the issue. Network mode code 9 is what EU need. It's LTE / UMTS (auto) (LTE/WCDMA/GSM)
In mi.com global/eea ROMs there's still no mode 9 so when 4G is lost it will not connect to 3G but instead try to connect to a Chinese standard.
It will fail and try to connect to gsm (2G).
In previous Xiaomi.eu with the fixed network such as Xiaomi.eu for RN9P 11.02 the code is like this. It defaults to Mode 9. Perfect.
<integer-array name="support_networktypes_gsm_master">

9

20

19

18

11

12

2

3

0

1

</integer-array>
In this weekly 20.6.4 Xiaomi.eu it looks like this:
<integer-array name="support_networktypes_gsm_master">

32

20

18

1

</integer-array>
Same as on mi.com Global / EEA just like promised. I've solved this problem for 3 years on 3 different phones and was happy to see the fix added to Xiaomi.eu. And too bad it's now removed. But ok, no big deal for me personally. But this is why people with poor 4G signals complain.
Thanks for your reply!
I also post it on K30 Pro section
My phone can use 5G service with china ROM, although my SIM was 4G plan.
But I test on miui 12 20.5.24 & miui 11.0.19 , it can't attach to the 5G network.
test with same SIM, same ISP & same location.
I don't know which part has problem. Mayby my ISP, I am not sure how to verify it.
Thanks for the help.
